Choose wisely! If you cannot totally give up the bad stuff, at least have it in moderation, and eat all natural and organic foods. It will make a big difference. Sacrifice will pay off in the long run!!!

So great, just about everything that I eat will cause inflammation. Geez....and I thought I was doing something eating the salads all the time! :(

Lol, I know. It is very shocking. I know exactly what you mean. Salad is still great, but you have to go easy on the dressing. I try to eat vinaigrette over cream and oil based dressings (If it is oil based it needs to be olive oil). Regardless, the list is long and full of greatness.
